My purpose?….
To help purposeful people get into a good place, catalyse great ideas, and accelerate extraordinary positive change.
I work with the creatively curious, the stubborn optimists, the change makers, the itch scratchers, the inspiration seekers, and the relentlessly determined.
Those who recognise that change is required, without compromising health or wellbeing in any context.
I consult, advise, mentor, coach, and help build new ventures.
To get clear, and get on.
Next Left = Action and Direction.
Partnering.
I partner with individuals and organisations in formal and informal roles.
As a non-exec, a consultant, a mentor, a coach, or a critical friend.
Always a partner. Always human.
I draw on over 20 years of experience at all levels of creative businesses.
I co-founded, led and eventually closed The Neighbourhood, an award-winning creative business of 35 staff and £2.5m turnover at peak.
It was centred around the belief that pursuing purpose, happy and fulfilled people, great creative work, and profitability are all possible – together.
Some things worked well, some things worked less so – I've drawn insight from them all.
Typically I partner in two ways:
Typically a quick and deep dive, to give a perspective that may be lacking from working in the business, rather than on the business.
Looking at an overall view, or a specific area of focus.
These highly personalised and energised project bursts typically reinvigorate, by helping to gain clarity, momentum, and problem solve.
To create positive change.
Typically working with founders and directors, I offer ongoing strategic advice and support, forming a deep understanding and collaboration.
For people who want to build places that others want to be part of, and who relish a human yet provocative perspective.
I work with the people, on the people, and on the business. All are connected.
